Prospectus and Application Forms are available at our School Office. Forms are also available on our School Website www.dpsbhagalpur.edu.in or www.dpsbhagalpur.com from the given date. Applicants may download the forms and bring the filled in form to our office for registration of their ward along with a payment of Rs 1000 in cash or can send filled in form along with a DD of amount 1000/ in favour of Principal DPS Bhagalpur payable at Bhagalpur.
