Class Room

First is our nursery room which allows a play space where children can learn through play experience.  However each child has his own table space so group learning lessons can be part of the syllabus
Prep classes cover the pre- school year and we don’t formalize the teaching too quickly, but we do start with simple basics of learning to speak, simple reading and writing words. Learning to count and recognize numbers etc. At this age children love to draw pictures. Children learn the basic skills of sitting and working together in an organized way. The first of the social skills.
The First Year Classes now learn more writing and reading skills but speaking in English is important at this stage. There are stories to listen to and rhyme songs to learn. In this year simple addition and subtraction of numbers are taught and practiced. This is the development stage where children become more self-aware and start competing for recognition and status. Group activities help to give lessons a more collective response.

The Primary Section
From grade two up to grade five are the middle years which provide the main foundations for all higher learning. Factual learning has to sound but the speaking reading and writing skills need to be developed to enable the children express their interpretations of text material and teaching instruction. With this age group doing things works better than just telling them. This is good age group to encourage a sense of curiosity and get lots of practice in all they formally learn.

Senior Class Room
Children eleven to sixteen years still need some basic education in their lessons but as the year grades increase, the study work becomes more complex and application skills more demanding.  Yet teachers have to be aware that not all children progress at the same rate.

Some children can get left behind if all lessons don’t have the study material explained clearly and in a structured way. All lessons need to reflect the ability of the students to understand the subject content.
