Establishing the school and value base
Where Ambition and Dream becomes
"Resolute Effort"...
In the late seventies the United Nations Organisation passed an important charter on the rights of the child applicable any where in the world. The Indian Government was and still is a signatory to that Charter. The immediate implications of this is that any school or institution caring or educating children can be subjected to a "no warning inspection", to evaluate the status of the Education and Welfare of the children in that institution.
It is the responsibility of The Management to ensure that all child care, welfare services and adequate essential education systems is being practiced. The terms are broadly worded to allow scope for interpretation but essentially a good standard of care and education are implied.
The Prime Genre of Children’s Welfare and Education - The basic requirements of this Charter
Every child has a right to caring parents who can provide adequate shelter, food medical provision and education to promote full potential of the child. This is academic, social, and cultural in its application.
Care of child means an influence of well being to promote growth in body mind and spirit. Teaching morals may or may not have a religious foundation that is taught, but must always must include actual application of counseling, caution and discipline. Actions taken are to be discerned from the needs of the child at that moment or in the particular circumstances. Note: The overt rigidity to rules can be equally as bad as no broken boundary consequences.
All learning needs a experiential basis
